Foam Lake vs Melfort

You are right Coach S- if someone is going to take the time to report on 9-man football we need to have some input. The game vs Melfort was well-played, Melfort is young but enthusiastic and the coaches kept them focussed on goals they had set for themselves. The Comets should be a team to be reckoned with in years to come. The Comets passed well throughout the game and had a high percentage of receptions. The more experienced Panthers were able to score with solid running coming from all three starting backs. The backups came in during the third quarter and also had some success on the ground. Other than the odd hicup-the Panther defense bent but did not break other than a long pass and run play which resulted in a Comet score.
